Why we built this site
Finding a straight answer to a simple question like "how much are pancakes at IHOP right now" is harder than it should be. The official website routes you through a location picker and an ordering flow before showing a price, third party listings are often years out of date, and nutrition information lives in a separate PDF. We built this site to put all of that in one place: every menu item, its current average price, and its calorie count, on pages that load fast and read clearly on a phone.
The site covers the complete IHOP menu across 13 categories, from the pancake stacks the chain is famous for through combos, omelettes, burgers, dinner entrees, the kids menu, the 55+ menu and drinks. How we get our data
Our menu data comes from publicly available sources: IHOP's published menus and nutrition information, and current menu listings verified against multiple independent sources. We record national average prices rather than one restaurant's numbers, because IHOP is franchise operated and every location sets its own final prices.
Each page shows the date its data was last reviewed. The current review date across the site is September 1, 2026. When IHOP changes its menu, adds items, or adjusts pricing, we update our listings during the next review cycle. "Updated" on our pages means exactly that: the date a human last checked the data on that page against current sources.
We do not guess. If we cannot confirm a price or calorie count from a reliable source, we leave it out or mark it as unavailable rather than publish an invented number.

We do not take orders, process payments for food, handle complaints about restaurants, or have any inside relationship with the company. We are a reference site, the same way a printed dining guide is.
Who runs this site
This site is run by a small independent editorial team that maintains menu price guides for popular American restaurant chains. The same process is behind every page: gather published data, cross check it, present it plainly, and date stamp it. No individual writer is presented as a food industry authority, and no content on this site should be treated as advice from IHOP itself.
Corrections
Prices change, and 1,600 plus franchised restaurants never change them all at once. If you spot a price, calorie count or schedule on this site that does not match what you saw at a restaurant, we genuinely want to hear about it. Send the item name, the location and what you saw to our contact page and we will review it against current sources, usually within a few days.
